    Abstract

    This study aims to determine whether a structured program of adapted physical activity can improve the quality of life for patients with knee osteoarthritis. Participants will follow a supervised program consisting of muscle-strengthening, mobility, and balance exercises for 12 weeks. The results will be compared with those of a group receiving standard care to assess the impact on pain, functional ability, and quality of life.
